ACs with a maximum BTU of 8,000 are now allowed in all units under an experimental "test" to determine if the electrical infrastructure will allow the extra load. No doctor's note is required, but a form must be filled out (available in the Community Room) and requires a check for $75 to cover the extra electrical costs.
No. You own 1/67 of the 3.05 acres. Salt-Aire is a condominium asssociation and all land is either common or limited common. Please see our documents page, Declaration, Article 4.

You get electric, water, trash removal, maintenance of the common areas, WIFI in the Community Room and many other amenities. We are connected to city sewer, but you receive a separate bill for that and, of course, a separate bill for your taxes.
We have a part time manager who assists the Board in the management of the condo property. Other than the part time manager, none of the board members or committee members are paid. We are self governing.
When you first purchase your unit, no rentals allowed for one year. After the first year, 7 night minimum rentals are allowed. Check out rental rules by clicking here and look for Article 9.2 of our Declaration.
